Marketing & Communications Specialist (Junior)

Ukrainian / Russian · remote. A role at the intersection of marketing, community, communications and content — for an ambitious person with no prior experience who wants to jump into marketing at a small startup (an AI-native company).

The role

Dopomo is an AI-assisted app that helps foreigners in Poland get through residence legalization. Users can talk to an assistant that knows the procedures (including the CUKR / MOS card) and prepare step by step to file their application — or file it with a dedicated tool that guides them through every step, error-free, at an affordable price.

We are looking for someone to be the bridge between the Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking communities in Poland and our team. The priority is talking to people and the quality of every interaction — not “posting without context”. No expert knowledge of the procedures is required at the start — we will onboard you into the product and our internal materials.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

Community & user contact

Priority
  • Keep an eye on the places where Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking people in Poland discuss residence legalization (Facebook groups, Telegram and others — always respecting community rules).
  • Help in replies, substantively and kindly — no spam, no pushy selling.
  • Have 1:1 conversations with people who are preparing or filing their applications.
  • Point interested people to Dopomo’s tools and support them through their first steps.
  • Collect users’ real needs and problems — they drive how we improve the product.

Copy & communications (UA / RU)

  • Review and fix the Ukrainian and Russian copy on dopomo.pl — so it is correct and reads naturally.
  • Draft messages, posts, headlines, CTAs, FAQs and onboarding copy (UA, RU, and PL if you are comfortable).
  • Match the language of our communication to the questions users actually ask.
  • Pricing, formal and legal content — only after the founder’s approval.

Content & social media

  • Build Dopomo’s presence on Telegram and Facebook around what people actually need.
  • Publish light, regular content (around 2–3 pieces a week).
  • Create educational materials based on the real questions of the week.

Partnerships

  • Bring in partners — foundations, organizations and companies working around the UA/RU communities in Poland.
  • Build relationships that strengthen Dopomo’s reach and credibility.

Working with the founder

  • A short weekly report (PL or EN): activities, takeaways, proposed changes.
  • A fast decision loop: user contact → insight → better communication and a better product.

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

  • Fluent Ukrainian and Russian — especially in writing.
  • Communication with the team in Polish or English (roughly B2+).
  • A recent-graduate / student / junior profile — open with people, at ease in DMs, groups and short conversations.
  • AI-native: confident with AI tools (e.g. for drafts; you polish the final text yourself, but other uses are welcome).
  • Self-reliance in remote work and honest, reliable reporting.
  • Ethics: zero spam, respect for communities, no false promises.
  • Showing your face online is not required — but willingness to do so is a plus.

Nice to have

Nice to have

  • Experience in support / community / sales / HR / NGO / content.
  • First-hand knowledge of life in Poland as a foreigner / someone from Ukraine.
  • Basics of short-form content (Telegram, Reels, TikTok, FB/Threads).
  • Conversational Polish or better.

What we offer

What you get

  • A 3-month contract with clear expectations and an option to extend.
  • Real influence on the product, its features and its communication.
  • Learning advanced ways of working with AI tools.
  • A job at an AI-native company that bets on automation.
  • Working directly with the founder at a small startup.
  • Flexible hours and remote work.
