The office will contact youVerified against the office website

This one works in reverse: you don’t call first. Submit your application (by post or in person at the front office), and the office will contact you to set a date. Just make sure you don’t miss that contact.

Our tips
  1. 1Make sure the phone number in your application is up to date — that’s how the office will reach you.
  2. 2Answer calls from unknown numbers in the days after you submit.
  3. 3If nobody has been in touch after about 2 weeks, call the information line (it’s for information, not booking).

You book the appointment yourself
Dopomo does not book appointments for you and does not monitor free slots — office rules forbid that. We only show you where and how to book on your own.

Fill in the application for your next residence card or to replace your current one

Before your appointment, prepare the application for free in the Dopomo creator — it walks you through every field step by step and generates a ready-to-print PDF to submit. It covers the card itself (issuance / replacement), not the residence permit.

  • Walks you through every field in order
  • Ready-to-print PDF to submit
  • Getting a next card or replacing your current one — not the same as applying for a temporary/permanent residence permit or the CUKR application

West Pomerania Voivodeship — booking an appointment and residence-card pickup

Below are the confirmed rules for booking an appointment and collecting the residence card at the voivodeship office serving West Pomerania Voivodeship — separately for filing the application and for collecting the finished card. Where a region has branch offices, we describe each one separately, because the way a matter is handled can differ within a single voivodeship.

Szczecin · main office

Online booking here has been suspended since 18 October 2023. You send the application by post (prepared in the MOS portal), and the office sets a date and mails you a summons — you do not book the appointment yourself. Our tip: keep the phone number on your application current, answer calls from unknown numbers after filing, and if no one contacts you within about 2 weeks, call the helpline 91 44 12 000 (an information line, not a booking line).

CUKR card pickup — you have 60 days

You collect the CUKR card at the same office and on the same terms as any other residence card. You file the CUKR application only online in the MOS portal — there is no appointment to file — so the office visit here is only for collecting the finished card. You arrange the pickup date directly with the office. After the notification you have 60 days to collect it; if you don’t collect the card within that window, you won’t obtain the temporary residence permit and the card will be invalidated. You pay the fees (100 zł for issuing the card + 340 zł stamp duty = 440 zł) together with the application — nothing is due at pickup.
