After the notification you have 60 days to collect it; if you don’t collect the card within that window, you won’t obtain the temporary residence permit and the card will be invalidated. You pay the fees (100 zł for issuing the card + 340 zł stamp duty = 440 zł) together with the application — nothing is due at pickup.
