Pomerania Voivodeship — booking an appointment and residence-card pickup
Below are the confirmed rules for booking an appointment and collecting the residence card at the voivodeship office serving Pomerania Voivodeship — separately for filing the application and for collecting the finished card. Where a region has branch offices, we describe each one separately, because the way a matter is handled can differ within a single voivodeship.
Applications for temporary residence, permanent residence and EU long-term residence are filed only online via the MOS portal since 27 April 2026 (the CUKR card application — via MOS from 4 May 2026), so there is no appointment to book for filing a residence application here. What you book in the system kolejka.gdansk.uw.gov.pl are the in-person visits: fingerprinting, supplementing documents, card pickup and other on-site matters. Collecting the finished card requires a booking in this system. Confirm the booking with the link from the e-mail, arrive at least 5 minutes early, and enter the PIN from the e-mail at the ticket machine, choosing “Wizyta umówiona przez telefon/internet”. Bookings must not be resold or transferred.
You file applications for temporary residence, permanent residence and long-term EU residence only online in the MOS portal since 27 April 2026, and the CUKR residence-card application — also via MOS, from 4 May 2026 — with no appointment to file; other matters and supplements require online booking in the system kolejka.gdansk.uw.gov.pl. You collect finished documents (residence cards, invitations, travel documents) without booking, Monday to Friday 12:00–14:45, room 416.
CUKR card pickup — you have 60 days
You collect the CUKR card at the same office and on the same terms as any other residence card. You file the CUKR application only online in the MOS portal — there is no appointment to file — so the office visit here is only for collecting the finished card. You book the pickup in this office’s booking system after the SMS notification. After the notification you have 60 days to collect it; if you don’t collect the card within that window, you won’t obtain the temporary residence permit and the card will be invalidated. You pay the fees (100 zł for issuing the card + 340 zł stamp duty = 440 zł) together with the application — nothing is due at pickup.
